新型活性染料在和田地毯羊毛纱线上的应用

摘　　要：在分析测定和田地毯羊毛的力学性能、结晶度以及氨基酸含量的基础上,认为这些特性对织造地毯有利,但影响羊毛的染色,因此选用新型活性染料进行地毯羊毛纱线的染色。采用选定的工艺,通过分析染料K/S值、上染率、固色率、移染性及染色牢度等性能,认为选定的新型活性染料适用于和田地毯羊毛纱线的染色,但应更加深入地研究。In this paper, through analysis and test of the mechanical property, crystallinity degree and amino-acid content of carpet wool yam of Hetian, it is concluded that these characters are helpful in weaving carpet, but affecting yarn dyeing. As a result, novel reactive dyes have to be applied to dye carpet wool yam of Hetian. The result indicates that the novel reactive dyes are suitable for dyeing carpet wool yarn of Hetian through analysis of K/S value, colour, fixation and fastness of the dyes. It is necessary to go the depth of the research.
