棉纺半精梳工艺流程的应用

摘　　要：介绍了半精梳工艺流程的特征,对棉纺工程中采用半精梳流程的两种工艺形式进行了探讨,即采用不同精梳落棉率的工艺形式,或采用精梳条和生条并条混合的半精纺工艺形式,两种流程对成纱质量的提高有所侧重,但都能够达到提高和改善质量的目的。In this paper are described the characters of semi-combed process and discussed two application ways of the semi-combed process in cotton spinning. That is to adopt different combing noil rate or adopt mixing of combed slivers and carded slivers. The two different applications can improve formed yarn quality but with different focus on.
