摘　　要：超细特半光涤纶面料由于单丝细,复丝根数多,织物手感柔软,质地细腻,有桃皮绒风格,整经时要解决好毛丝、黏贴问题,保证张力、排列、卷绕3均匀;浆丝要选择好浆液配方和浆丝工艺参数,如压浆力、张力、浆液浓度、黏度、烘燥温度,以提高单丝间抱合力,提高浆膜完整性和耐磨性;织造工序应优化上机张力、开口和引纬参数,并选择边撑装置来解决纬结、边撑疵等疵点。Super fine tex polyester fabric of semi dull is characteristic of fine texture, soft touch and feeling of peach skin due to contained muhifilaments of fine filaments. To solve the key defects of split and sticking in warping process, tension, arrangement and winding must be done in uniform. Sizing composition and parameters such as squeezing pressure, viscosity and solid content, drying temperature should be well selected so as to enhance the cohesion force of single filaments and improve integrity and abrasion resistance of sizing film; warp tension, shed and picking parameters as well as temple device selection should be all optimized to eliminate weft crape and temple mark, etc.
