摘  要:本文提出商业银行战略竞争力本质上是由核心竞争力、基础竞争力和环境竞争力三个部分组成的竞争能力体系,其维度构成有制度、技术、管理和文化四个维度。在此基础上,对商业银行文化管理与战略竞争力的内在关系,以及商业银行文化管理作用于战略竞争力的内在机理等方面,进行了系统的理论阐释与分析论证。为进一步全面理解商业银行战略竞争力提供了新视角,也为该领域的进一步研究做了一些铺垫。The paper argues that the strategic competitiveness of commercial bank is a competitiveness system,which is essentially composed of core competitiveness,basic competitiveness and environmental competitiveness,and has four dimensions that are system,technique,management and culture.On this basis,the paper conducts a systemic theoretical interpretation and analysis on the intrinsic relationship between cultural management and strategic competitiveness of commercial banks,as well as the inherent mechanism of the effect of cultural management on strategic competitiveness.The paper provides a new perspective for further comprehensive understanding of the strategic competitiveness of commercial banks,and also paves the way for further research in the field.
