区域科技研发实力综合分析与评价

摘　　要：科技研发实力对一个地区和国家的可持续发展具有至关重要的作用。通过因子分析和聚类分析对广东省21个地区进行综合评价,发现深圳、广州的整体科技研发实力处于领先地位,但在创新投入产出和技术转移扩散方面不均衡。其中,深圳在科技、人力、财力投入和创新产出能力方面具有绝对优势,广州更加注重技术的购买和引进消化吸收;佛山、东莞的整体科研实力分列第三、第四位,其在各方面的实力较为均衡,是推动广东省整体科技进步的中坚力量。RD actual strength is very important for a region and nation＇s sustainable development.This paper made a comprehensive evaluation of 21 regions in guangdong through factor analysis and cluster analysis.we found that the overall RD strength of shenzhen and guangzhou is in a leading position,but the strength in innovation input-output and technology transfer diffusion is unbalanced,shenzhen has absolute superiority in innovation input-output,while guangzhou pay more attention to buy and introducing technology;Foshan and dongguan＇s overall RD strength is respectively in the third and fourth place,they have balanced strength in all aspects,they are backbones that promote guangdong＇s RD strength.
