摘　　要：随着互联网技术的飞速发展和带宽的迅速扩大,网络电视以一种全新的观看方式改变了人们的收视习惯,成为大学生主要的学习、娱乐和消遣工具。从国内外网络电视的发展现状出发,对网络电视受众的网络行为进行了分析,结合高校的教学实际提出了高校"三屏合一"网络电视平台的设计方案,并从系统架构、工作流程和功能实现等方面阐述了网络电视平台的具体实施,详细地介绍了轮播、点播和直播3种模式的应用,并总结了网络电视平台存在的不足。With the rapid development of Intemet technology and enlargement of bandwidth, Web TV has changed the watching habits of most human beings with a kind of new way of watching, and it has become the major tool of studying, entertainment and pastime. This paper starts with development status of Web TV at home and abroad, makes the analysis of Intemet behavior of Web TV audiences. The teaching practice is considered, and the design scheme of ＂Three in One＂ screen Web TV platform in university is proposed, the detail execution of Web TV platform from system framework, work flow to function realization, and so on are all elaborated. Finally, the applications of video-on-demand, live and muhicast are concretely introduced, and the disadvantages of Web TV platform for the time being are summarized.
