摘　　要：介绍了新版《声音和电视广播接收机及有关设备无线电骚扰特性限值和测量方法》与旧版标准的差异,对新版标准的特点进行了详细描述,并对RMS—平均值限值和RMS—平均值检波器进行了项目验证并给出结论。对于标准使用者理解标准有着指导作用,有助于该标准的顺利实施。The latest edition of electromagnetic compatibility standard of sound and television broadcast receivers and associated equipment radio disturbance characteristics limits and methods of measurement is introduced in detail. The differences between the old and the new version are mainly described. The results of verification test achieved by using the RMS-average detector are analyzed. It guides the common users to fully understand and implement the standard.
