大学组织的权力来源与功能演变

摘　　要：掌握权力是社会组织赖以生存的根本,大学的存在和发展需要社会权力的支撑。从源头出发解读大学组织的权力来源是对其进行历史分析与价值判断的逻辑起点,也是明晰现代大学功能、建设社会主义一流大学的理论基础。在社会权力论视野中,大学基于社会意识、文化取向、经济发展和政治诉求等群体意志的推动,在社会空间与权力网络的间隙中产生,并担负起以人才培养为核心诉求,教学、研究为实践形式的组织功能。随着社会的发展,大学获得权力的空间不断变化,因此需要不断探寻大学权力的时代基础,重新思考大学功能的内涵及各功能间的逻辑关系。Gaining power is necessary for social organizations, so all the universities need social power to carry on. It is necessary to interpret university power and function starting from the source, which could be the logic starting-point of historical analysis and value judg- ment on university, and also could be the theoretical basis of interpreting modern university functions and constructing excellent socialist university. With the perspective of social power theory, we can find that university was born and grew in the interspaces of social space and power network; at the same time, it must took personnel training as core function with dif- ferent ways such as teaching and research. All these processes were promoted by group wills such as social consciousness, culture orientation, economic development and political appeal. With the development of society, the social spaces were constantly changing, therefore we need to constantly quest the foundation of university power, and rethink the inherent mean- ing and logic relations of university functions.
