摘　　要：在20世纪90年代初以来的日本第三次高等教育改革中,"国立大学法人化"也许是最为值得关注的。"法人化的实施,使日本国立大学迎来了其130余年历史发展上最大的变革期。"2004年开始的"国立大学法人化"改革所建立的国立大学法人制度已经8年,根据六年一个计划周期的制度设计,各国立大学法人已经开始了第二个六年计划周期。法人化给日本国立大学带来了国立大学与政府之间关系的改变、国立大学内部管理体制的变化、国立大学经费来源的多样化三个方面的影响。In the third time reforms of Japanese higher education since the early 1990＇s, ＂incorporation of national universities＂ is perhaps the most notable. ＂Japanese national uni- versities ushered the biggest change by the implementation of incorporation in their history of more than 130 years. ＂ ＂Incorporation of national universities＂ began from 2004 have already gone by eight years, according to the six years of a planned cycle system the national univer- sities have started the second six years plan period, so what does incorporation bring to Japa- nese national universities？ The following three points are summed up： （1） the change of re- lationship between government and national universities, （2） the change of the internal man- agement system in national universities, （3） the diversification of national university funds.
