摘　　要：目的建立氨酚那敏三味浸膏胶囊中长梗冬青苷、白花前胡甲素和白花前胡乙素的定量分析方法。方法采用HPLC-ELSD-UV法测定长梗冬青苷、白花前胡甲素和白花前胡乙素,色谱柱为Venusil XBP-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水,梯度洗脱,体积流量为1.0 mL/min,紫外检测波长为320 nm;ELSD参数:漂移管温度为80℃,氮气体积流量为2.5 mL/min,雾化温度为36℃,柱温30℃。结果长梗冬青苷在1.0716～5.358μg范围内的线性关系良好(r=0.999 1),平均回收率100.3%,RSD为2.05%(n=9);白花前胡甲素和白花前胡乙素分别在0.892 4～4.462μg(r=0.999 9)和0.486 8～2.434μg(r=0.999 7)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为100.03%、99.02%,RSD为2.01%、1.98%(n=9)。结论本方法测定结果准确可靠,重复性好,可为氨酚那敏三味浸膏胶囊的质量控制提供定量评价方法。AIM To carry out the quantitative determination of pedunculoside,praeruptorin A and praerupto-rin B in Paracetamol and Chlorphenamine Maleate with Three Herb Extracts Capsules.METHODS HPLC-ELSD-UV was used to determine pedunculoside,praeruptorin A and praeruptorin B in the capsules.The separation was performed on Venusil XBP-C18（4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm） column with gradient elution using acetonitrile-water as mobile phase and the detection wavelength was set at 320 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The temperature of drift tube for measurement was at 80 ℃ and the rate of N2 was 2.5 mL/min as well.The temperature of nebulizing gas was set at 36 ℃,and the column temperature was at 30 ℃.RESULTS The linear relationship of pedunculoside was within the range of 1.071 6-5.358 μg/mL（r=0.999 1）.The average recovery was 100.3%,and RSD was 2.05%（n=9）.The linear relationships of praeruptorin A and praeruptorin B were within the ranges of 0.892 4-4.462 μg（r=0.999 9） and 0.486 8-2.434 μg（r=0.999 7）,respectively.The average recoveries were 100.03% and 99.02%（n=9）,respectively and RSDs were 2.01% and 1.98%（n=9）,respectively.CONCLUSION The method is precise,feasible and reproducible.It can be used for the quality control of the product.
