摘　　要：目的建立RP-HPLC法同时测定四季三黄片(大黄、黄芩、栀子、黄柏)中栀子苷、盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷、大黄素和大黄酚的方法。方法采用Thermo-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5.0μm);流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液,采用梯度洗脱,检测波长分别为240 nm、345 nm、278 nm、254 nm;体积流量1.0 mL/min。结果栀子苷、盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷、大黄素和大黄酚的线性范围分别为:6～60μg/mL、5.4～54μg/mL、5.3～53μg/mL、4.3～43μg/mL、5.8～58μg/mL(0.999 7<r<0.999 9),平均回收率在98.0%和102%之间。结论该法检测效率高,专属性强,重复性好,可用于四季三黄片中栀子苷、盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷、大黄素和大黄酚的定量测定。AIM To establish a method for simultaneously determining geniposide,berberine hydrochloride,baicalin,emodin and chrysophanol in Siji Sanhuang Tablets（Rhei Radix et Rhizoma,Scutellariae Radix,Gardeniae Fructus,Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex）.METHODS The separation was performed on a thermo-C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5.0 μm） with gradient elution using methanol and water（contained 0.1% H3PO4）as mobile phase.The detection wavelengths were 240 nm,345 nm,278 nm and 254 nm,respectively.RESULTS Linear ranges of geniposide,berberine hydrochloride,baicalin,emodin and chrysophanol concentrations were 6-60 μg/mL,5.4-54 μg/mL,5.3-53 μg/mL,4.3-43 μg/mL,5.8-58 μg/mL（0.999 7r0.999 9）,respectively.Their average recoveries fell between 98.0% and 102%.CONCLUSION The RP-HPLC method established in this experiment can be used to determine the contents of geniposide,berberine hydrochloride,baicalin,emodin and chrysophanol in Siji Sanhuang Tablets.The method can also be used as the standard for the quality control of Siji Sanhuang Tablets.
