摘　　要：目的研究炎宁颗粒(鸭跖草、白花蛇舌草等)有效部位的化学成分。方法应用多种色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果从炎宁颗粒有效部位分离得到5个黄酮类化合物、1个三萜类化合物和1个芳香酸,分别鉴定为齐墩果酸(1)、芹菜素(2)、木犀草素(3)、槲皮素(4)、山柰酚(5)、芦丁(6)和香草酸(7)。结论所得化合物均为首次从炎宁颗粒中分离得到。AIM To study chemical constituents of the active fractions of Yanning Granules（Commelina communis,Hedyotis diffusa,etc.）.METHODS The isolation was performed on chromatographic techniques,and compounds were identified with 1H-NMR,13C-NMR and their physical-chemical properties.RESULTS Seven compounds were isolated and identified,including five flavonoids,one triterpenoid and one aromatic acid,identified as oleanolic acid（1）,apigenin（2）,luteolin（3）,quercetin（4）,kaempferol（5）,rutin（6）,vanillic acid（7）.CONCLUSION All of these seven compounds are obtained from Yanning Granules for the first time.
