摘  要:以模具设计对注塑产品生产成本及质量的影响为研究目标,以Moldflow作为主要分析研究工具,建立了正交试验方案;以型腔数、流道直径、浇口直径及流道布局为模具设计方案技术参数;通过模拟试验及结果解析,考察技术参数在不同水平下对材料利用率、型腔压差比及单时出件数指标的影响,并对重要性进行了排序,应用综合加权评分法确定了设计方案技术参数的最佳组合,并进行了再模拟验证。The effect of mold design on injection molding production cost and quality as the goal, Moldflow as the primary analysis tool, Orthogonal test program was established. Cavity number, runner diameter, gate diameter and runner layout were confirmed as the tech- nical parameters of mold design. Through simulation and results analysis, the effects of tech- nical parameters on the material utilization factor, pressure ratio and product number produced per hour were investigated at different levels. These points were sorted based on their impor- tance. The optimum parameters combination of design were ensured by intergrated weighted score method, and verified by re-simulation.
