脉冲毫米波经穴治疗便秘(肠胃积热型)的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察脉冲毫米波经穴治疗便秘的临床疗效。方法:将103例患者分为A、B、C三组,A组采用麻仁丸口服,B组采用脉冲毫米波经穴治疗,C组采用脉冲毫米波配合麻仁丸治疗。结果:A组与B近期治疗后症状积分、48h钡条排出率比较无显著差异(P<0.05),而C组与A、B组近期治疗后症状积分及48h钡条排出率比较有显著差异,P>0.05。结论:脉冲毫米波经穴治疗便秘有很好的临床疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating constipation by pulse millimeter wave meridian. Methods： 103 patients were divided into three groups A, B, C, the group A was given the Maren pills oral for treatment, the group B treated with pulse millimeter wave meridian therapy, and the group C was treated by pulse millimeter wave plus March pills. Results： In group A and B, the recent treatment of the symptom score, 48h barium bar discharge rate comparison no significant difference, （P〈0.05）, while group C and A, group B recent treatment symptom score and 48h barium bar discharge rate comparison there are significant differences, P〉0.05. Conclusion： Treating constipation by pulse millimeter wave meridian has a good effect.
