中医内服外敷治疗老年骨性膝关节炎56例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医内服外敷治疗老年骨性膝关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将56例骨性膝关节炎老年患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各组28例,治疗组采用中医内服外敷法进行治疗,对照组采用口服塞来昔布进行治疗,同期治疗20d比较疗效。结果:治疗组有效率92.9%,对照组有效率71.4%,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:中医内服外敷治疗老年骨性膝关节炎其疗效非常理想,充分体现了中医在骨科疾病的治疗方面内外兼顾的治疗原则和特色,值得在临床推广应用。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of TCM internal and external in treating senile knee osteoarthritis. Methods： 56 cases of elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 28 cases in each group, the treatment group was treated by the method of TCM internal and external, and the control group was treated with oral celecoxib, the same period in the treatment of 20 days, comparative efficacy. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 92.9%, the effective rate of the control group was 71.4%, the difference between groups was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The efficacy of the TCM internal and external was very ideal in treating senile knee osteoarthritis, fully embodied the Chinese in the department of orthopedics disease treatment in terms of both inside and outside the treatment principle and characteristic, it was worthy of clinical application.
