疮灵液联合生肌玉红膏治疗28例溃疡期褥疮的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察疮灵液与生肌玉红膏联合使用治疗溃疡期褥疮的临床疗效。方法:将2009年6月～2010年6月在我院接受治疗的56例溃疡期褥疮患者随机分为观察组与对照组各28例,对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者采取疮灵液与生肌玉红膏联合治疗,对比两组患者褥疮愈合时间与临床效果。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率为92.9%,明显优于对照组的71.4%(P<0.05),且观察组患者的褥疮愈合时间明显比对照组短(P<0.05)。结论:疮灵液与生肌玉红膏联合使用治疗溃疡期褥疮的临床效果显著,经济实惠,值得临床推广。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy on treating ulcer stage bedsores by the Chuangling liquid Sheng^i plus myogenic Yuhong ointment. Methods： 56 patients with ulcerative stage who were treated in our hospital from June 2009 to June 2010 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 28 cases in each group, the control group were treated with conventional treatment, the observation group were taken the Chuangling liquid Shengji Yuhong ointment combination therapy, comparing the healing time and clinical effect of the two groups. Results： The observation group with a total effective rate of 92.9%, that was significantly better than the control group with a total effective rate of 71.4% （P〈0.05）, and the bedsores healing time of the observation group was shorter than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of the Chuangling liquid Shengji Yuhong ointment used in combination to treat ulcers of bedsores is significant, and is worthy of promotion.
