社区医务人员对国家基本药物制度的认知及相关行为的调查分析

摘　　要：目的:为更有效地实施国家基本药物制度提供科学依据。方法:2011年2-5月,对广州市和深圳市30家社区卫生服务机构医务人员进行国家基本药物制度的认知及相关行为的问卷调查。结果:在认知情况方面,深圳市的认知状况及相关行为均较广州市好(P<0.05),但两地总体认知水平均不高,社区医务人员对国家基本药物制度虽有一定的执行率,但制度落实情况有待进一步提高。结论:广州市和深圳市社区医务人员对国家基本药物制度的认知情况不理想,对国家基本药物制度的落实情况有待提高。OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for effective implementation of National Essential Drug System. METHODS： From Feb. to May, 2011, questionnaire survey about cognition and related behavior of National Essential Drug System had been carried out among medical personnel from 30 community health service organizations of Guangzhou and Shenzhen. RESULTS： In the aspect of cognition condition, the cognition condition and related behavior of medical staff in Shenzhen were better than in Guangzhou （P〈0.05）. However, the total level of cognition was low in these 2 areas. The performance of National Essential Drug System was not bad in community health service, but the total performance of it should be enhanced. CONCLUSION： The commu- nity medical staff in Guangzhou and Shenzhen had weak cognition on National Essential Drug System, and the implementation of National Essential Drug System need to be further improved.
