摘　　要：概述了战略预警系统中警戒雷达的作用和地位，指出了无论在过去陆、海、空防御系统中，还是在未来陆、海、空、天防御系统中，警戒雷达都起着不可替代的作用。分析了警戒雷达的技术现状和面临的挑战，提出了复杂电磁环境下提高战场生存能力的主要技术措施：In this paper, the function and status of surveillance radar in strategic earlywaming system is summa- rized. No matter in the land, sea and air defense system, or in the future land, sea, air and space defense system, sur- veillance radar always plays an irreplaceable role. The technology state and faced challenge of earlyarming radar are ana- lyzed, eventually the main technical measures for the radar to improve battlefield survival capability under the complex e- lectromagnetic condition are presented.
