摘 要:利用氯化聚乙烯(CPE)、2,2-亚甲基-双(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)(AO 2246)和七孔中空涤纶纤维(SHPF)制备了一系列的三元复合材料。通过扫描电镜和三维视频显微镜对材料的断面和内部的微观形态结构进行观察,分析纤维对复合材料内AO 2246结晶的影响及纤维在材料中的分布。结果表明,纤维在复合材料形成过程中充当了AO 2246的结晶诱导核的作用,这种诱导作用随纤维含量的增加而增强,使材料中出现了大量的三维谷粒状AO 2246结晶,这些结晶大部分包覆于纤维表面。这导致在纤维含量较少时,仍然能形成结晶纤维网络结构。A series of ternary composites were prepared from chlorinated polyethylene(CPE),2,2′-methylene-bis-(6-tert-butyl-4-methyl-phenol)(AO 2246) and seven-hole hollow polyester fiber(SHPF).The cross-section and internal microcosmic morphologies of the composites were investigated by means of scanning electron microscope(SEM) and three-dimensional video microscope.The effect of SHPF on AO 2246 crystallization and SHPF distribution inside the composites was analyzed.The results showed that SHPF acted as an induced nuclear for the crystallization of AO 2246 in the forming process of the composites.The induction enhanced significantly with increasing of SHPF content,and a large number of three-dimension granular crystallizations were formed,then most of the crystallizations were coated on SHPF surface.This resulted in the forming of crystallization-fiber network structures inside the composite even thought when SHPF content was small.
