摘 要:长丝变形纱在变形加工过程中,其成纱熵变是增加的,成纱熵变是状态函数,与变形纱紊乱度的对数成正比,因此成纱熵变对变形纱的表面状态及毛羽特征有显著影响。为查明熵变现象与变形纱表面结构的关系,对5种单一空气变形纱和5种异收缩空气多重变形纱进行试纺及必要的检测。结果表明:随着成纱熵变和紊乱度不断增加,变形纱线的毛羽指数和毛羽值均呈直线上升;在空气变形基础上进一步异收缩多重变形加工,可使变形纱成纱熵变和紊乱度值继续增加,并且改变其毛羽长度数量曲线的形态,短毛羽(1.0 mm以下)的毛羽指数减小,长毛羽(1.0 mm以上)的毛羽指数增加。During filament texturing,its entropy change shows an increased tendancy.The entropy change during texturing is a function of state,which is proportional to the logarithm of the disordered degree of the textured yarn and hence has significant impact on the surface state and hairiness of the textured yarn.To find out the relationship between the entropy change and the surface structure of the textured yarn,5 ATY and 5 differential shrinkage multi-air textured yarns were spun and necessary tests were made.The experimental results revealed that both the hairiness index and hairiness value increased as the entropy change and disordered degree increased during texturing.Differential shrinkage multi-texturing based on ATY led to a continuous increase in entropy change and disordered degree of the yarn and a change in its hairiness length-number curve,i.e.,short hairiness(shorter than 1.0 mm) index was down,and long hairiness(longer than 1.0 mm) index was up.
