摘　　要：对步进梁式板坯加热炉炉型、加热工艺、步进梁和汽化冷却系统等进行设计与选型,基于对现有加热炉缺点的讨论,分析了本设计的优点,其在使用期间达到了设计要求,满足加热要求,具有很好的节能效果,同时炉体及辅助设备运行状况良好。The heating process, walking beam and vaporizing cooling system of plate heating furnace is designed and discussed. On the basis of discussion of the disadvanta- ges existing in the furnace in use currently, the advantages of the new design are ana- lyzed. The design requirements of the furnace are met essentially and the heating demand is satisfied and the results of energy saving are excellent. At the same time the furnace proper and its auxiliary facilities are running very smoothly.
