战国至汉初的鄱君与鄱县、鄱阳县

摘　　要：结合出土和传世文献所见的鄱君、鄱县与鄱阳县,本文分析认为战国时期,楚国在古番(鄱、潘)国故地曾封有鄱君,又曾设立鄱县;秦统一后在这一地区设立鄱阳县,并以楚国的鄱君为县令;反秦斗争兴起后,鄱君吴芮以该地区为中心,集合黥布等人和前来归附的越人共同反秦;西汉前期,汉仍设有鄱阳县,其地望迁徙至今江西鄱阳县东部一带。通过对鄱地的微观研究,论文勾勒出了战国至汉初基层地方行政体系的一种演变过程。Based on a compared analysis of the Po Lord, the Po County and the Poyang County recorded in excavated and historical documents, this paper considers that the Chu State once granted the Po Lord and set the Po County within the area of ancient Fan （or Po, Pan） State during WarringStates period; after this area being conquered by Qin State, the Poyang County was set over here, and the Po Lord of Chu was ordered as the chief; after the uprising of the anti-Qin movements, Wu Rui,the former Po Lord of Chu, took this area as a center to revolt Qin＇s ruling, with Qing Bu and the Yue People; In early Han Dynasty, the Poyang County was still kept but moved to the east region ofpresent Poyang County of Jiangxi Province. According to a micro study to the Po area, this paper redescribes an evolution course of the local administrative system in the time from Warring States to early Han Dynasty.
