某高校女职工妇科病的体检结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解某高校女职工妇科病的发生情况,并探讨常见妇科病在不同年龄中的分布情况。方法对414例女职工进行常规妇科体检、乳腺B超、盆腔妇科B超、白带常规及宫颈细胞学检查,并将检查结果按年龄进行分析。结果 414例女职工中,共检出12种妇科病,其中检出的前3位妇科病分别是乳腺增生(45.91%)、子宫肌瘤(23.79%)、宫颈疾病(19.70%);在各年龄组妇科病分布中,宫颈疾病高分布于40岁组(39.60%),乳腺增生高分布于30岁组(64.54%)和40岁组(75.00%),子宫肌瘤高分布于40岁组(32.29%)和50岁组(40.95%),在22岁组至50岁组中,子宫肌瘤的检出率随着年龄的增长而增加。结论乳腺增生、子宫肌瘤及宫颈疾病在妇科疾病中发病率较高,定期妇科体检,便于及早采取干预措施,有助于妇科疾病的早期发现和治疗。OBJECTIVE To understand gynecological examination results of female workers in a university,and to explore distribution of common gynecological diseases in different ages.METHODS Took examinations of 414 female workers,including general gynecological examination,breast ultrasound,pelvic gynecological ultrasound,leucorrhea routine examination and cervical cytological test.And then analyzed examination results by age.RESULTS In 414 female workers,the 12 kinds of gynecological diseases were detected,the first three gynecological diseases were breast hyperplasia（45.91%）,uterine fibroids（23.79%）,cervical diseases（19.70%）;distribution of the gynecological diseases in all age groups,cervical diseases had a high incidence in 40-year-old group（39.60%）,breast hyperplasia had a high incidence in 30-year-old group（64.54%） and 40-year-old group（75.00%）,uterine fibroids had a high incidence in 40-year-old group（32.29%） and 50-year-old group（40.95%）,in 22 to 50 year-old group,the detection rate of uterine fibroids increased with increase of age.CONCLUSION Breast hyperplasia,uterine fibroids and cervical disease have higher incidences in gynecological diseases.Regular gynecological examination is helpful to take early interventions,early detection and treatment for gynecological diseases.
