儿童扁桃体切除两种手术方法的临床分析

摘　　要：目的比较低温等离子手术与传统手术方式在儿童扁桃体切除术中的临床价值。方法 120例扁桃体肥大患儿,随机分为两组。观察组采用低温等离子消融术,对照组采用传统扁桃体剥离术,比较两组患儿的手术时间、术中出血量、术后迟发性出血,术后疼痛术后伪膜脱落等情况。结果观察组在手术时间,术中出血量等水平明显低于对照组,而白膜脱落时间对照组明显低于观察组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01),并且观察组术后疼痛程度明显低于对照组。结论低温等离子手术进行扁桃体切除具有手术操作简单,术中出血少,术后疼痛轻微等优点,值得临床推广应用。OBJECTIVE To compare clinical value of low-temperature plasma ablation treatment and traditional operation mode in tonsillectomy of children.METHODS 80 children with tonsillar hypertrophy were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group used low-temperature plasma ablation,while the control group used the traditional tonsil dissection;Compared the operation time,blood loss,postoperative delayed bleeding,pain score,degree of postoperative pseudomembranous off.RESULTS The operation time,intraoperative bleeding quantity level in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,while the tunica albuginea off time in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant（P﹤0.01）,and the degree of postoperative pain in observation group was significantly lower than the control group.CONCULSION Low-temperature plasma ablation for tonsillectomy is a simple operation,with less bleeding,mild postoperative pain and other advantages,it is worthy of clinical application.
