摘　　要：目的分析江西省卫生服务能力建设工程对村卫生室卫生人员素质的影响,为今后村卫生室卫生人员队伍建设提供依据。方法对江西省所有村卫生室进行普查,并将2010年和2007年的调查数据进行比较分析。结果 2010年中西医结合的村卫生室占34.30%,比2007年增加了4.94%;中医为主的仅占1.55%,比2007年减少0.16%;2010年卫生人员拥有中专学历的占80.92%,比2007年增加了3.77%;而拥有大专及以上学历的占7.52%,比2007年增加1.87%。2010年卫生人员中拥有执业(助理)医师资格的占6.51%,比2007年增加了1.35%。结论江西省村卫生室卫生人员素质总体有了一定的提高,但一些方面有待于进一步改善。OBJECTIVE To analyze the impact of Jiangxi Health Service Capacity Building Project on the quality of health personnel in village clinics,to provide a scientific basis for the team development of health personal in village clinics in the future.METHODS The method of census was used to investigate all village clinics,and the final data in 2010 would be compared with the baseline data in 2007.RESULTS In 2010,the proportion of village clinics mainly with combination Chinese medicine and Western medicine was 34.30%,4.94% higher than that in 2007,while the proportion of village clinics mainly with Chinese medicine was only 1.55%,0.16% lower than that in 2007.In 2010,the health personal who had received technical school education accounted for 80.92%,compared to 2007 year increased by 3.77%,while the health personal who had received college degree or above was 7.52%,1.87% higher than that in 2007.In 2010,the proportion of health personal who had obtained practicing（assistant） doctors＇ qualifications was 6.51%,1.35% higher than that in 2007.CONCLUSION In general,the quality of the health personal in village clinics in Jiangxi province has improved,but some aspects need to be further improved.
