遵义市CT设备使用情况调查研究

摘　　要：目的调查分析遵义市CT设备使用状况。方法对遵义市2000-2011年14个县市（区）所属的医疗机构CT设备的使用情况进行调查,对该市CT设备的拥有量情况、使用率情况、产值情况以及疾病范围适用情况进行调查。结果 2000年该市拥有CT设备2台,2011年拥有78台,10年增长仅40倍,同时产值和使用率情况也稳步增长,至2011年产值达到24010万元,全市平均使用率达到84%,同时疾病适用范围也从单传的的颅脑、腹部普通扫描,发展至包括普通扫描、强化扫面、三位重建、血管造影、功能成像等在内的全身多器官和脏器的全面应用。结论 CT设备和技术在该市得到了不断的发展和广泛的应用,为广大患者提供更好的服务,但仍需不断提高和进步。OBJECTIVE To investigate the use of CT equipment in Zunyi City.METHODS CT equipment of medical institutions of 14 counties（districts） of Zunyi city were investigated,including owning rate,utilizing rate,production value and related diseases.RESULTS In the year of 2000,the city had two CT equipment,and it was 78 in 2011,increased by near 40 times in the decade.At the same time the production value were growing steadily and reached 240.1 million Yuan in 2011,and the average utilizing rate was 84%.The utilization included common scanning,strengthen scanning,3D reconstruction and so on of multiple organs.CONCLUSION CT equipment and technology have a wide development in the city,and to provide better services for the majority of patients,it needs constantly improvement.
