对比分析床旁血糖仪与全自动生化分析仪对糖尿病患者血糖检测的结果

摘　　要：目的对比分析床旁血糖仪与全自动生化分析仪对糖尿病患者血糖检测的结果。方法选择2010年3月～2012年3月期间,在某院门诊和住院收治的糖尿病患者198例,随机将患者分为床旁血糖仪组和全自动生化分析仪组,比较分析两组患者血糖检测结果,检测消耗以及治疗依从性等临床指标。结果床旁血糖仪组与全自动生化分析仪组患者血糖检测结果基本一致,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);与全自动生化分析仪组患者相比,床旁血糖仪组患者的进针深度、所需血量以及结果耗时等指标均明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);与全自动分析组患者相比,床旁血糖仪组患者血糖监测、药物治疗、自我检测以及饮食控制等依从性指标均明显提高,差异均具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论床旁血糖仪在减少患者的痛苦,提高患者治疗依从性等方面具有重要的应用价值,适于临床广泛推广应用。OBJECTIVE To comparatively analyze the results of blood glucose monitoring in diabetic patients with bedside blood glucose meter and automatic biochemical analyzer.METHODS Selected 198 diabetic patients in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2012.The patients were divided into bedside blood glucose meter group and automatic biochemical analyzer group randomly.Comparatively analyzed the blood glucose test results,test consumption and treatment compliance of the patients in two groups.RESULTS The blood glucose test results of blood glucose monitoring of patients from bedside blood glucose meter group and automatic biochemical analyzer group were basically the same,there were no significant differences（P ﹥ 0.05）.Compared with automatic biochemical analyzer group,depth of the needle,required amount of blood and results of time-consuming of the patients in bedside blood glucose meter group were significantly lower,there were significant differences（P﹤ 0.05）.Compared with automatic biochemical analyzer group,the blood glucose monitoring,medication,self-testing and diet compliance of the patients in bedside blood glucose meter group were significantly improved,there were significant differences（P﹤0.05）.CONCLUSION Bedside blood glucose meter has the important application value for reducing the suffering of patients and improve compliance.It＇s suitable for widely applications in clinic.
