鼻饲氨氯地平对手术后高血压患者血压变异性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨外科手术后的原发性高血压病(EH)患者,鼻饲与口服氨氯地平对血压变异性(BPV)的影响。方法将符合条件的103例原发性高血压患者分为鼻饲氨氯地平组(A组)和口服氨氯地平组(B组)治疗4周,治疗前后分别进行动态血压监测的检查。结果 (1)两组患者治疗后的血压变异性均较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);(2)两组间治疗后的血压变异性比较差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论苯磺酸氨氯地平片对外科手术后须鼻饲的EH患者,在稳定降压的同时可显著降低血压变异性。OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of nasal and oral administration of amlodipine on blood pressure variability（BPV） in the primary hypertension（EH） patients after the surgical operation.METHODS 103 patients with EH were divided into nasal feeding the amlodipine group（group A） and oral amlodipine group（group B） for 4 weeks,ambulatory blood pressure monitoring was checked before and after treatment,respectively.RESULTS（1） The BPV of the two groups was significantly reduced after treatment than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P﹤0.01）.（2） The difference of BPV between the two groups after treatment was no statistically significant（P﹥0.05）.CONCLUSION Amlodipine besylate tablet can both lower blood pressure smoothly and alleviate BPV markedly in nasogastric EH patients after surgery.
