摘　　要：吴丽萍主任医师认为,小儿外感咳嗽主要以感受风邪为主,又因小儿心、肝有余,感风邪后心、肝多从热化,所以临床上外感咳嗽以风热咳嗽较多见。吴丽萍主任医师以疏风清热、宣肺止咳法,应用桑杏苏芩汤治疗小儿风热咳嗽疗效显著。Chief physician Wu Liping thinks that,children with exogenous cough are mainly attacked by the wind evil,and because children have hyper heart and liver,after attacked by wind evil,liver changes to heat direction,so clinical cough is mainly about wind-heat cough.Director Wu Liping uses dispersing wind to clear away heat and activating lung to curb cough,she usually gets remarkable effect from using Sangxingsuqin Decoction to treat pediatric wind-heat cough.
