中药排石Ⅰ号联合坦洛新辅助体外震波碎石术治疗草酸钙输尿管结石患者疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨中药排石Ⅰ号联合坦洛新辅助体外震波碎石术治疗草酸钙输尿管结石患者临床疗效。[方法]选取我院2008年1月至2012年4月通过体外震波碎石术(Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy,ESWL)收集到结石标本,经过成分分析筛选出草酸钙为主要成分的输尿管结石患者148例,随机分为治疗组76例,对照组72例。两组均先行体外震波碎石术,治疗组术后予自拟中药排石Ⅰ号加减联合坦洛新缓释片治疗;对照组术后使用654-2药物解痉治疗,疼痛重者给予消炎痛栓纳肛,同时给予金钱草冲剂。两组均观察4周后分析疗效。[结果]经过4周的治疗及临床观察,治疗组总有效率93.42%优于对照组总有效率87.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]以草酸钙为主要结石成分的输尿管结石患者在经体外震波碎石后,服用自拟中药排石Ⅰ号联合坦洛新能高效排石。[Objective] To explore the clinical effect of combination of TCM and W M（western medicine） on ureter stone of calcium oxalate.[Method]Select the samples of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy（ESWL）,and screen out the ureter stone mainly with calcium oxalate 76 cases as treatment group;choose other 72 cases without stone component analysis as control group.Both took ESWL;the treatment group was added with self-made TCM Paishi No 1,meanwhile used α1-adrenergic acceptor retardant Tamsulosin release tablets for 4w;the control one used 654-2 for curing spasm,added indomethacin bold for pain,and in the same time used desmodium infusion for 4w.Compare both groups cure effects.[Result]After treatment and clinical observation,the total effective rate was 93.42% for treatment group,better than 87.50% of control one,with statistical meaning.[Conclusion]TCM Paishi No 1 and WM had high-efficacy of removing calculus mainly with calcium oxalate.
