经络调理(捏脊推拿)技术在儿童保健系统管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：[目的]评价经络调理(捏脊推拿)技术预防体弱儿发病的效果。[方法]前瞻性队列研究的科研设计。浙江省中医院儿童保健门诊的健康婴幼儿554例为干预队列;杭州市拱墅区米市巷社区卫生服务中心、上城区望江社区卫生服务中心的健康婴幼儿531例为对照队列。干预队列在常规保健方案基础上加用经络调理(捏脊推拿)技术,对照队列只提供常规保健方案。[結果]对照队列531人中有84人发病,而干预队列554人中仅48人发病,差异非常显著。其中,对照队列531人中有75人发生佝偻病,而干预队列554人中仅38人发生佝偻病,差异非常显著;对照队列中有23人发生中度以上贫血,而干预队列仅7人发生中度以上贫血,差异非常显著;对照队列有8人发生中度以上营养不良,干预队列有7人发生中度以上营养不良,差异不显著。[结论]经络调理(捏脊推拿)技术能有效预防体弱儿的发病。[Objective] To evaluate the effect of Channels and Collaterals Regulate（Chiropractic Therapy）Technology Prevent frail infants from becoming ill.[Methods] This is a Prospective Cohort Study.The Intervention Team has 554 healthy babies in Zhejiang Provincial Hospital Child Health Care Service;The Control Team has 531 healthy babies in Hangzhou City Gongsu District Mishi Lane Community Health Service Center and Shangcheng District Wangjiang Community Health Service Center.The Intervention Team add Channels and Collaterals Regulate（Chiropractic Therapy）Technology on routine health care program,the Control Team just gives babies routine health care.[Results]There are 84 babies in Control Team falling ill,but just 48 babies in Intervention Team,the difference is very significant.And also,75 babies in Control Team get rickets,just 38 babies in Intervention Team,the difference is very significant.23 babies in Control Team get moderate anemia,just 7 babies in Intervention Team,the difference is very significant.8 babies in Con trol Team get moderate malnutrition,7 babies in In tervention Team,the difference is not significant.[Conclusion]Channels and Collaterals Regulate（Chiropractic Therapy） Technology can effectively prevent frail infants from becoming ill.
