摘　　要：全球已经进入后金融危机时代,我国经济面临稳增长的重任。大规模政府投资不足以支持经济持续稳定增长,而促进消费、扩大内需是经济增长最根本的动力。政策的转型十分重要,凯恩斯的消费理论为我们提供了极其重要的参考与借鉴意义。Our economy face the important task that steady growth in the post-financial-crisis period.Massive government investment cannot support sustainable economic growth,but the fundamental driver is promoting consumption and domestic demand expansion.Transformation of policy is important and Keynes consumption theory provides reference for it.
