摘　　要：目的探讨白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、降钙素原(PCT)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)在新生儿败血症早期诊断中的价值。方法将179例受试对象分为败血症组(124例)和健康对照组(55例),比较两组血中IL-6、PCT、CRP的差异。结果新生儿败血症组IL-6、PCT和CRP水平明显高于健康对照组,治疗前明显高于恢复期(P<0.01)。结论 IL-6、PCT和CRP可作为新生儿败血症快速有效诊断和评估病情的检测指标。Objective To investigate the value of interleukin-6（IL-6）,procalcitonin（PCT） and C-reactive protein（CRP） in early diagnosis of neonatal sepsis.Methods 179 newborn infants were divided into two groups,the septic group（124 cases） and the control group（55 cases）.Serum IL-6,PCT and CRP levels were measured and compared between the two groups.Results The levels of serum IL-6,PCT and CRP in the septic group were significantly higher than those in the control group,which before treatment were significantly higher than those in the restoration stage（P0.01）.Conclusion Serum IL-6,PCT and CRP could be used as the diagnostic markers for rapidly and effectively diagnosing neonatal sepsis and evaluating the disease condition.
