摘　　要：复对称矩阵的极小极大理论方面的研究已经很深刻,但极小极大理论的应用是复对称矩阵研究中不可忽视的问题,本文主要研究把极小极大定理应用在矩阵关于A+B的诸特征值与A的特征值的比较问题,给出了一些主要结论及其详细证明过程。The minimax theory of complex symmetric matrix has already gotten a deep study,but the application of the minimax theory is a problem that cannot be neglected in the research of complex symmetric matrix.The main purpose of this paper is to apply the minimax theorem in the comparative problem of matrix which is about all various eiqenvalues of A＋B and eiqenvalue ofA,and we also give some main conclusions and its detail proving processes.
