摘  要:目的:评价四维超声与二维超声诊断胎儿颜面畸形的临床价值。方法:对6158例胎儿行二维超声检查并行颜面部四维成像,将产后结果与二维及四维超声检查结果对比,比较二维超声与四维超声诊断胎儿颜面畸形的准确度。结果:二维和四维超声产前诊断胎儿颜面畸形的敏感度有显著性差异(P<0.05),同时,四维超声能提供更多的诊断信息。结论:四维超声是诊断胎儿颜面畸形的有效手段,与二维超声相结合,能提高畸形检出率,并提供更多的诊断信息。Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of prenatal diagnosis of fetal facial abnormalities using four-dimensional (4D) and two-dimensional (2D) ultrasonography. Methods: 6158 Fetus were received 2D ultra sonography and 4D ultrasonography of the facial part. Findings of 2D and 4D ultrasonography were compared by subsequent autopsy examinations, to compare the accuracy of 2D and 4D ultrasonography in the diagnosis of fetal fa- cial abnormalities. Results:There was statistical difference between the sensitivity of 2D and 4D ultrasonography in the diagnosis of fetal facial abnormalities. Conclusion:4D ultrasonography provides a novel means in the diagnosis of fetal facial abnormaIities and is a powerful adjunctive tool to 2D ultrasonography.
