阿罗格脱敏治疗支气管哮喘的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨阿罗格变应原疫苗脱敏治疗支气管哮喘的疗效及安全性。方法:根据点刺试验情况,采用阿罗格变应原疫苗对相应敏感的支气管哮喘患者进行脱敏治疗,观察治疗前后的肺功能变化及治疗期间的不良反应。结果:阿罗格脱敏治疗后,患者的FEV1、FVC和PEFR均高于治疗前及对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。阿罗格脱敏治疗的局部及全身性不良反应发生率极低且反应均较轻。结论:阿罗格脱敏治疗支气管哮喘是一种安全可行的方法,具有疗效显著,耐受性好等特点。Objective：To explore the therapeutic effect and security of NHD （Novo-Helisen Depot） aller gen desensitization treatment on bronchial asthma. Methods： According to the results of allergen skin fast insertion tests, we applied NHD allergens vaccine to treat bronchial asthma patients who had the corresponding sensitive aller gen. Lung function was measured before and after the treatment, and the adverse reactions were observed and recor ded during the treatment. Results： After the desensitization treatment, the levels of FEV1, FVC and PEFR of the NHD-treated patients were higher than those in the prior treatment and control group, and the differences were sta- tistically significant （P〈0.05）. Moreover, the incidence rate of local and systemic adverse reactions of NHD aller gen desensitization treatment was very low, and the adverse reactions were all mild. Conclusion： NHD allergen de sensitization is a safe and feasible method to treat bronchial asthma, with the features of significant efficacy, good tolerance and others.
