摘  要:目的:探讨糖代谢异常的患者发生急性心肌梗死时的临床特征及对心肌梗死后左室功能的影响。方法:选择以急性心肌梗死首次住院的患者147例,根据有无糖尿病病史及葡萄糖耐量试验结果分为正常血糖组、糖尿病前期组及糖尿病组。分析各组患者临床特征,检测各组患者BNP及LVEF值评价左室功能。结果:77.55%的急性心肌梗死患者合并糖代谢异常;糖尿病前期组和糖尿病组患者入院第2日BNP均高于正常血糖组(P<0.05),各组患者LVEF值无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:急性心肌梗死患者中合并糖代谢异常比例较高;合并糖代谢异常的急性心肌梗死患者左室收缩功能受损程度比糖代谢正常的急性心肌梗死患者严重。Objective:Understanding the clinical features of abnormal glucose metabolism in patients with acute myocardial infarction and the influence of abnormal glucose metabolism on Left Ventricular Function. Meth- ods: 147 patients with first acute myocardial infarction were enrolled. The patients were divided into normal glucose group,Prediabetes group and diabetic group according to whether a history of diabetes and glucose tolerance test re- sults. To analyze the clinical characteristics of patients in each group and detecting the value of BNP and LVEF evaluation of left ventricular function. Results:77.55% of patients with acute myocardial infarction Combined with abnormal glucose metabolism;BNP value in group prediabetes and diabetes were higher than those in normal blood glucose group (P〈0.05) ;LVEF values of each group were no significant differences (P〉0.05). Conclusion: There is a high proportion in patients Combined with acute myocardial infarction and abnormal glucose metabolism;The left ventric- ular dysfunction in patients with acute myocardial infarction combined with abnormal glucose metabolism are im- paired severe than patients with normal glucose metabolism.
