摘 要:对珞璜电厂引进法国Stein公司 36 0MW的W型火焰锅炉进行了冷态模化研究 .采用热线风速仪对炉内流场进行测试 ,在此基础上研究了炉膛喉口面积对炉内空气动力场的影响规律 ,得出了在不同相对喉口面积下的炉内气流流场图 ,并对炉内气流速度分布、气流充满度和平均有效动量流率等进行了比较与分析 .研究表明 ,适当缩小炉膛喉口面积 ,一方面有利于喷入炉内煤粉的着火和燃尽 ,另一方面有利于减小高温烟气对喉口和前、后拱及冷灰斗的冲击 ,从而达到降低这些部位结渣的可能性 ,此外还可以降低高温烟气对前后墙 (即水冷壁 )的冲刷 ,有效防止或降低水冷壁的高温腐蚀 .Cool state modeled experimental investigation has been made in a model of the 360 MW W?shape flame boiler imported by Luohuang Power Station from Stein corporation in France. The flow field in the boiler is measured by a hot wire anemometer. Flow field patterns are obtained for different relative throat areas of furnace chamber. Analyses and comparison of velocity distribution are made in addition to examining the fullness of air flow and the flow rate of average efficient momentum in the boiler. It is beneficial to firing and burning out of pulverized coal injected into furnace chamber with reduced throat area. This can decrease the lash of high temperature gas against throat, front and rear arches of furnace chamber as well as cool ash bucket. Attainment of lower furnace clinker in these positions is thus made possible. High temperature gas washing out front and rear walls of furnace can also be dropped such that high temperature corrosion of water cooling walls can be reduced.
