双花千里光中黄酮类成分的研究

摘　　要：目的研究双花千里光中的黄酮类成分。方法用色谱法分离化合物,光谱法鉴定结构。结果从双花千里光中分得5个黄酮及1个酚类化合物,鉴定为槲皮素、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、山奈酚、山奈酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、山奈酚-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(1→6)-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷和咖啡酸乙酯。结论化合物均为首次从该植物中分得。OBJECTIVE To study the flavonoids of Senecio dianthus Franch..METHODS The compounds were isolated and purified by chromatographic methods and the structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods.RESULTS Six compounds were isolated,and their structures were identified as quercetin,quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside,kaempferol,kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucoside,kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnosidi-（1→6）-O-β-D-glucoside and ethyl caffeate.CONCLUSION All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
