摘  要:目的制备美斯地浓缓释片并初步考察其稳定性。方法采用亲水凝胶骨架与薄膜包衣控释技术制备,并以外观性状、释放度和含量为评价指标考察美斯地浓缓释片在高温、光照和高湿条件下及加速试验、室温留样的变化。结果美斯地浓缓释片的体外释放可维持24 h;对光、热稳定性较好,高湿条件下稳定性较差,释放加快。结论亲水凝胶骨架与薄膜包衣控释技术能用于美斯地浓缓释片的制备,且具有较好的光、热稳定性。OBJECTIVE To investigate the preparation and stability of Mestinon(MT) sustained release tablets.METHODS Hydrophilic matrix and film coating controlled-release technology were used to prepare MT sustained-release tablets.The appearance,release,content were the index of evaluation.The test of strong light,high temperature,high humidity and accelerated testing,long term indoor temperature testing were used to study the stability of sustained-release tablets.RESULTS MT sustained-release tablets in vitro release could last 24 h.MT sustained-release tablets were stable under strong light and high temperature,but unstable under high humidity.CONCLUSION Hydrophilic matrix and film coating controlled-release technology can be successfully used to prepare the soluble drug of MT sustained-release tablets,and the sustained-release tablets have a good stability under strong light and high temperature.
