摘　　要：目的采用HPLC测定布南色林片的含量。方法色谱柱为Cosmosil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.02 mol.L-1磷酸氢二钾溶液(90∶10),流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为238 nm。结果线性回归方程为:Y=2.374×105X-4.897×104(r=0.9999),线性范围为32～48μg.mL-1,平均回收率为99.06%,RSD=1.57%。结论所用方法简便、快速、灵敏度高,可用于布南色林片的含量测定。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the content determination of Blonanserin tablets by HPLC.METHODS An HPLC method was adopted with Cosmosil-C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）.The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-0.02 mol·L-1 Dipotassium hydrogen phosphate（90：10） with a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detective wavelength was at 238 nm.RESULTS The calibration curve of blonanserin was linear（r=0.9999） in the range of 32-48 μg·mL-1.The average recovery of blonanserin was 99.06%（n=9） with RSD of 1.57%.CONCLUSION The method is accurate,reliable and simple.It can be applied to determine the content of blonanserin tablets.
