摘 要:测定破布叶枝、叶中总异黄酮的含量。以染料木素为对照品,产生反应,采用紫外-可见分光光度法在266nm波长处测定样品的吸光度。染料木素对照品在0.20~1.60g/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,回归方程为C=0.0039A,r=0.9999。破布叶枝和叶中的总异黄酮含量分别为0.07%和0.23%。本法操作简便,结果可靠,重复性好,可用作破布叶中总异黄酮的含量测定。To determine the content of the isoflavones in the stem and leaves of M. Paniculata L. Genistein as the standard, used the ultraviolet spectrophotometric method to determine the content of the isoflavones in the stems and leaves of M. Paniculata L.. The calibration curve was linear (r=0.9993) in the range of 0.0005~0.0045 μg/mL, and the curve was C=0.0039A. The content of stems was about 0.07% and content of leaves was about0.23%. The spectrophotometry is suitable for the determination of isoflavones from the stems and leaves of M. Paniculata L.. This method operated convenientely, the result was stable, and has good repeatability.
