出血坏死性鼻息肉的CT诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT对出血坏死性鼻息肉诊断的应用价值。方法对15例患者行螺旋CT平扫及增强扫描,扫描范围自额窦顶部至上颌窦底部,扫描后重建轴位及冠状位,包括骨窗及软组织窗。结果病变密度不均,为高低混杂密度的软组织肿块,呈轻、中度不均匀强化。窦腔呈膨胀性扩大,窦壁骨质吸收破坏与硬化并存。结论 CT检查对出血坏死性鼻息肉有较高的诊断和鉴别诊断价值。【Objective】 To study MSCT for hemorrhagic necrotic nasal polyp diagnosis application value.【Methods】 15 cases of patients with MSCT plain scan and enhanced scan,scan range from top to bottom of the frontal sinus maxillary sinus,scanning after reconstruction of axial and coronal,including bone and soft tissue windows.【Results】 The density of lesions was inhomogeneous,mixed high and low density soft tissue mass,had slight or moderate inhomogeneous enhancement.The sinus cavity showed expansive expand,compressive bone absorption damage and hardening coexist.【Conclusion】 CT examination of hemorrhagic and necrotic polyps have a higher diagnostic and differential diagnostic value.
