摘　　要：研究了合成对羟基苯甲醚的一种新方法 ,即由对硝基氯苯经取代反应生成对硝基苯甲醚 ;再在还原剂Na2 S的作用下还原生成对氨基苯甲醚 ;最后经重氮化反应 ,分解成产品对羟基苯甲醚 .着重探讨了对氨基苯甲醚合成对羟基苯甲醚的反应条件及影响其收率的因素 .整个合成路线反应条件温和 ,无需高温、高压、高酸 ,且每步收率均可达 80 %以上 .A new method to synthesize the title compound has been studied.4-methoxy-1-nitrobenzene is produced by a substitution of 4-chloro-1-nitrobenzene, and is converted to the intermediate,4-methoxy-benzenmine,by the reductive agent Na 2S,then the intermediate is converted by diazotization into the product, 4-methoxyphenol.Two aspects of the synthesis are discussed:the reaction conditions and the factors that affect yields.The yields in all steps are above 80%.
