摘　　要：结合工程实例 ,对砖混结构房屋在改造中拆除纵横墙并架设钢筋混凝土梁的技术 ,从设计和施工方面作了细致的分析 .Combining the engineering practice, the authors made a painstaking analysis on designing and construction for removing crisscross walls and erecting reinforced concrete girders in renewal of brickconcrete structural building, which provides a reference for usedbuilding renewal engineering.
