摘　　要：本文通过对宏观审慎管理框架的分析,提出宏观审慎管理本质上具有归属于中央银行的特性,中央银行在我国宏观审慎管理中发挥主导作用具有现实基础,我国应以中央银行体系为核心构建宏观审慎管理制度框架。The paper studies the framework of macro-prudential management, then puts forward the suggestion that macro-prudential management has a feature of belonging to the central bank. Thus the central bank has a practical basis for playing a leading role in macro-prudential foundation, and China should establish the macro-prudential management system with the central bank as its core.
