痔瘘熏洗剂两种不同剂型——水剂与凝胶剂的镇痛药效研究

摘　　要：目的:观察痔瘘熏洗剂的两种不同剂型、不同剂量的镇痛效果。方法:将动物随机分成5组:模型对照组、熏洗剂高剂量组、熏洗剂低剂量组、凝胶剂高剂量组、凝胶剂低剂量组;通过热板法及化学刺激法观察痔瘘熏洗剂的不同剂型、不同剂量的镇痛作用。结果:痔瘘熏洗剂和凝胶剂均能快速提高痛阈,而且随着载药量的增加,药效作用随之增强;在同等剂量的凝胶剂与熏洗剂的比较中,以凝胶高剂量效果最佳。结论:痔瘘凝胶剂具有良好的镇痛功效。Objective： To study the different analgestic effect function of Zhi-lou-Xun-xi Gel and Zhi-lou-Xun-xi Agent. Methods： Animals were divided into five groups randomly including control group, Zhi-lou-Xun-xi Gel high dose group, Zhi- lou-Xun-xi Gel low dose group, Zhi-lou-Xun-xi Agent high dose group and Zhi-lou-Xun-xi Agent low dose group. The analgesic effect of Zhi-lou-Xun-xi was tested by observing the mouse＇s reaction to the pain simulated by heat conduction and chemical stimulus. Re- suits： Zhi-lou-Xun-xi Gel and Zhi-lou-Xun-xi Agent significantly increase hot-plate pain threshold in mice （ P 〈 0.05 orP 〈 0.01 ） and markedly decreased times of body twist （ P0. 05 ） ; Zhi-lou-Xun-xi Gel high dose group is better than anyelse. Conclusion： Zhi- lou-Xun-xi Gel showed obvious analgesic effects.
