摘  要:目的:对老鼠簕抗肝损伤有效部位—正丁醇提取物化学成分进行分离,并测定不同产地老鼠簕中2-苯并噁唑啉酮的含量。方法:采用常压反复硅胶柱层析方法,结合反相硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等分离材料进行分离纯化;采用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)测定2-苯并噁唑啉酮含量。结果:从老鼠簕正丁醇提取物中分离鉴定了6个单体成分,7个不同产地的老鼠簕中2-苯并噁唑啉酮的平均含量为0.4249 mg/g。结论:研究结果为阐明老鼠簕抗肝损伤药效物质基础,完善其质量控制方法提供了一定的实验依据。Objective: To isolate the chemical constituents of effective parts of anti-liver injury-butanol extract, and to deter- mine the content of 2-benzoxazolinone of Acanthus llicifoliusl in different areas. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by atnmspherie pressure silica gel eulumn chromatography and some separation materials ( reverse phase silica gel, Sephedex LH-20) ; And the RP-HPLC was used to determine the content of 2-benzoxazolinone. Results: Six compounds were isolated and identified from n-butyl alcohol extract of Acanthus Ilicifoliusland, and we got the result that the average content of 2-benzoxazolinone from 7 different districts was 0. 425mg/g. Conclusion: The research provided a scientific base for clarifying the material basis of anti-liver injury and the quality control method of Acanthus ilicifolius.
