试述经方在眼科临证中的应用思路和方法

摘　　要：经方为方剂之鼻祖,临床各科皆可选用。经方应用于眼科临床的主要思路和方法是:1.辨识病机,拓宽经方运用;2.深究方规,发展经方运用;3.化裁古方,扩大经方运用;4.分析类方异同,有助于正确选方;5.参考现代医学知识,合理运用经方。要真正用好经方,还应当深入学习《伤寒论》,学习名医运用经方治疗眼病的经验,临床上多实践多总结,不断提高运用经方诊疗疾病的水平。The classic prescription can be applied in clinical subjects. The main ideas and methods of the classic prescription used in clinical ophthalmology is： Identification of pathogenesis, analyzing the classic prescription rules, addition and subtraction of the classic prescription, analysing similarities and differences of series classic prescription , and referencing to modem medical knowl- edge. So we can expand application of the classic prescription and select the correct prescription. To make good use of the classic pre- scription should also need in-depth studying ＂ShangHanLun＂ and learning the experience of doctors to use the classic prescription to treat eye diseases, and clinical practice.
