摘　　要：魏跃钢教授将雄激素性脱发分为湿热薰结证、血热风燥证及肝肾亏损三型,尤为重视湿热邪气在此病中的作用,治疗以健脾祛湿、凉血活血、补益肝肾入手,达到了较为理想的临床疗效。According to the theory of TCM, androgenetic alopecia is divided into the syndrome of endoretention of damp heat, the syndrome of blood deficiency and wind dymess, and the syndrome of deficiency liver and kidney by Professor WEI Yue-gang, es- pecially emphasizing the harm of pathogenic factor of damp heat. The principle of treatment is to invigorate the spleen, eliminat damp- ness, cool and activate blood, nourishing liver and kidney. Following this principle, Professor WEI Yue-gang get a considerable ideal clinical efficacy.
